  • Payment Information: Payment method, transaction references, and payment proof screenshots uploaded for verification. We do not store credit/debit card numbers directly.
  • Device Information: Device type (Android/iOS), push notification tokens for sending booking updates and alerts.
  • Usage Data: App interaction data to improve our services and user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To process bookings, assign trainers, and schedule training sessions.
  • To verify payments and manage billing.
  • To send booking confirmations, session reminders, and important updates via push notifications and SMS.
  • To facilitate communication between customers and assigned trainers (contact details are shared only within a limited window around the scheduled session).
  • To handle cancellation and rescheduling requests.
  • To improve our app, services, and customer support.

  • Your data is stored on secure servers and protected using industry-standard security measures.
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to provide our services.
  • We use token-based authentication to secure your account sessions.
  • While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data in the following cases:

  • With Trainers: Your name and contact details are shared with your assigned trainer within a limited time window around your scheduled session to facilitate the training.
  • With Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment gateways, SMS/notification services) who assist in operating our platform.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Retention

  • We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
  • Booking and payment records are retained as required for accounting, legal, and dispute resolution purposes.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between Happy Drive Private Limited ("the Company") and the customer availing driving training services.

By booking a session, the customer agrees to all the terms mentioned below:

1. Payment & Refund Policy

  1. All payments made to Happy Drive Private Limited are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated.
  2. In case of cancellation by the customer:
    • Cancellation after 48 hours of booking is not allowed.
    • If eligible for cancellation before 48 hours, a maximum refund of 50% of the total amount paid may be provided.
  3. No refund will be provided once the training session has started.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  1. Booking date changes or cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
  2. If the customer requests a date change after the trainer has reached the location, a minimum charge of ₹1000 will be applicable.
  3. Additional charges may apply depending on distance and travel requirements.
  4. Once the training session has started, no cancellation or rescheduling will be allowed under any circumstances.

3. Customer Eligibility & Responsibility

  1. The customer confirms that the booking is made voluntarily and at their own decision to improve driving confidence.
  2. The customer must ensure:
    • They hold a valid driving license (where applicable).
    • They have basic understanding of vehicle operation, including:
      • Accelerator
      • Brake
      • Clutch (if applicable)
      • Steering control
  3. The customer confirms basic familiarity with vehicle handling before training begins.

4. Safety & Risk Disclaimer

  1. The Company and its trainers shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during training sessions.
  2. The customer acknowledges that driving involves inherent risks and accepts full responsibility during training.
  3. The customer agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by the trainer at all times.

5. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

  1. The customer must ensure that the training vehicle is in safe and usable condition before the session begins.
  2. Once training begins, the customer assumes full responsibility for the condition of the vehicle during usage.

6. Personal Belongings

  1. The customer is solely responsible for all personal belongings kept inside the vehicle.
  2. The Company and trainer will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of valuables during the session.
  3. Customers are advised not to keep valuables inside the vehicle during training.

7. Trainer Arrival & Session Rules

  1. If rescheduling is requested after the trainer has reached the location, additional charges will apply as mentioned above.
  2. Once the session begins, the schedule is fixed and cannot be changed.

8. Agreement & Acknowledgement

  1. The customer agrees to sign the official Customer Training Agreement before the session begins.
  2. The customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
  3. Training will commence only after successful agreement acceptance.
